Methodology for strategic management of the digital potential of complex economic systems based on the platform concept

Purpose : the purpose of this article is to form a holistic methodology digital platform strategizing, based on methods, rules and postulates strategic management complex economic systems using different types platforms in order increase potential. Methods authors used general scientific methods – method synthesis, generalization, content analysis, graphical interpretation data. During study, we six-step method, as well standardized independent systematic review literature basis eight-step manual. Results author's vision potential multi-level cognitive continuum, which allows describe full range theoretical practical perspectives application systems, has been developed. Six architectural levels are identified. Each level represented by set corresponding patterns: gnoseological philosophy thinking; paradigmatic coevolution three approaches conceptual domain strategizing; ontological terminological apparatus; semantic framework strategizing concept; technological strategies transformation into bionic, business models strategy behavior patterns; applied for assessing maturity gaps industrial systems.
